So I realized today that after today, my running days will not consist of run/walk intervals (at least until I reach the end of this program). My next running day is 25 minutes straight running, and then after that the minutes just keep increasing until the end of week 9. (Today's workout was 10 minute run / 3 minute walk / 10 minute run) Anyway, I think I will build running intervals into my training to break things up a bit. I'll alternate running speeds at faster and slower.
My plan is to blog here fairly often - at least once a week - to keep anyone updated on my progress. I haven't invited anyone other than John to view the blog yet, but once I have a few posts up, I will invite others.
