Graduation Day!
Yesterday was my last day of the Couch to 5K Running Plan. Nine weeks have gone by, and now I can run for 30 minutes straight. I now have 2 weeks to prepare for my first 5K race. My plan is to keep with running 3 times per week for now. I will start running for distance instead of time. I am going to run 5K (3.106 miles) in my running sessions and increase the pace at each session. I am hoping to finish the 5K in about 33 minutes.
