Today was my first double digit run (10 miles). I decided that I should watch a movie while I was on the treadmill. I watched "We Are Marshall", and found it an inspiring movie for running. The best part was that it was exactly the right length. The credits were rolling as I was finishing my cooldown. Another cold water bath, and now I'm feeling pretty good.
I hit a milestone today--I was running for longer than my goal finish time today. (or at least what I'm training for) I ran for 2:06 today, and I'm training for a 2:00 half (although my goal is to finish under 2:15).
